Beat 1&2 in Stora Laxa opened yesterday afternoon with very watery conditions. the summer here in south Iceland has set a new all time record for rain so all the rivers are in very good water or even a little to much if you have to be picky.

Arni Baldursson opened beat 1&2 and they had four big salmon on the first shift. They had to work for those salmon as they are not to be found in their normal hiding places in this plentiful water.
