Beat one in Blanda has now been open for just over two weeks and the catch has been more like we see in a normal year. Up to date all the catch consists of MWS, no grilse seen yet.

Today beats two, three and four opened. Beats three and four started this morning an each beat had two salmon on the first shift. One 95cm salmon, fresh with sea-lice was caught in pool number 300 on beat 3.

Beat four opened in the afternoon and we will hopefully hear some news from that tomorrow.
