A bit of a mid summer crises now in Iceland salmon fishing , terrible hot and dry weather for to long now and rivers getting low. The rivers that have plenty water is fine ..like East Rangá , West Ranga , Tungufljot , River Sog , Blanda etc.. we are fine , but the smaller rivers are having trouble now …

We have been on Stora Laxa beat 1 and 2, River dropping to much and fishing is slow. Tungufljot starting to kick in a little bit with 10 salmon yesterday, East Ranga getting better with 48 salmon yesterday and we landed 2 salmon from river Sog Asgardur beat this morning , Arni arnibald@lax-a.is
