Hind and Roe Doe Hunting
Lax-a in coopperation with Scotsport offers challenging hind and roe doe stalking on our managed estates in Royal Deeside, on more than 12,000 hectares of woodland, agricultural land and open hill. Stalking may be arranged on a daily or weekly basis as a shared rifle (2:1) or (1:1) with an average expectation of two hinds/calves/does per hunter/day, depending on the time of year and the prevailing weather conditions.
The hind stalking programme can be combined with rough or walked up game shooting on various estates in Angus and Aberdeenshire with an expectation of 8-10 head per gun/day (pheasants, snipe, hares, woodcock, duck, rabbits, pigeons etc.)
All mixed hind stalking and rough shooting packages can be arranged to your specific requirements.
Hind/Doe Stalking ? from 21 October until 15 February
Mixed Hind Stalking & Rough Shooting ? from 21 October until 31 January
Hind Stalking ? 1–6 Hunters per week (2:1)
Rough Shooting ? mininimum of 4 hunters per week.
