Upper Kitza - Helicopter Program for the real adventurous anglers.
Boris , Sergein and Gusti ( from Iceland ) , planning the next day adventure trip.
I have been to the middle upper Kitza earlier this season by 4WD vehicle and then floating down the Kitza. This time we explored the Upper most Kitza , we traveled some 60km up stream by Helicopter. |

All this are must be good for fishing during the spring and summer run. |

| I think the problem is that the salmon run in to the numerous lakes and wait there until spowning time and then they fall back in to the pools for spowning. |
Best time for the big springers must be from mid June until 10th of July and for the summer run from 10th July until 1st - 2nd week of August. |

| We will built a tented camp for 6 rods on the Upper Kitza , for team of rods in good shape , willing to walk up river 5 - 10 km , and down river another 5 - 10 km, in two teams , 3 rods go down stream and another 3 rods go up stream , and then rotate on daily bases. |
Price will be affortable , rough trip though , but the tented camp will be comfortable with cooking , bathing facilities , 2 rods sleeping in each tent. |

| I think it is a great trip for those who are looking for low budget fishing , not looking for great numbers of fish , but looking for trophy salmon , great unspolied nature and real adventure. |
The transfer to the Upper Kitza will be either by Helicopter or 6 wheele Tank machine , Helicopter to be more expensive. |
