In our days taimen is a very rare fish and can be found only in wild rivers unavailable for big numbers of people. The rivers can not be discovered by the motor boats because of the rifts. Mainly these rivers can be reached by helicopter only which makes taimen fishing very expensive.
We propose a very good option alternative to the helicopter – the “boats on the air pillow” or hovercraft.
This craft makes almost all rivers accessible for anglers. You are offered to fish taimen in Yenisey tributaries. The rivers’ width is normally 30-100 meters. The course is quick, there are a lot of rifts on the rivers – the most favorite places for taimen.
Headwaters are in the mountains and this make it more powerful filling it by clear waters and making it bigger. The landscape along rivers normally is very picturesque and rough. There are a lot of fish in the river such as taimen, grayling and the others. During the fishing you will be accompanied by local guides.
The fishing is carried out during the rafting or during the stop from the banks. The most useful method – spinning but some anglers can try fly-fishing as well. Taimen fishing is carried out on the basis of “catch and release” principle.
The other fish cought by you can be cooked according to you wishes. Such a fishing can be carried out in this region in the period from the end of June till the beginning of October. During this time the night temperrature is +5 - +15 and day one is +15 - +25 – except October which normally is quite cool. You must have warm waterprof clothes in case of rain, mosquito net and a repellent. Sleeping bags and tents are given, if you wish you are able to bring your own ones. Picnic meals are also organized.
