It took us 2 hours very scenic ride up to Steinfossen, boats are fast , Arve and Henrik all geared up in safety jackets.

First stop for a snaps with some Alta friends , they landed a 48 pounder from their beat the day after!

In to the first fish at Steinfossen , was not a big one , in fact the Alta river is having now 2008 season the best year ever , but the lower river have been doing so great and the upper river been slower , that will all change when the waterlevels drop. |
