We just heard news from our rivers in the west fjords – Langadals and Hvannadalsá. The former is close to 200 salmon and the latter is closing in on 100.
Anglers in the rivers have been happy and reported good runs of fish and lively pools all over. In Langadalsa there has also been good catch of large arctic char which pound for pound is not a lesser fish than the salmon.
