It is either hunted very early in the morning or in the afternoon until it gets dark. A guide will be ever present to track the animal down in the bushes and instruct the hunter which animals are free to shoot.

1) How do I get to Los Molles hunting ranch ?Once you arrive at Ezeiza International airport in Bs. As. you have different ways to reach the hunting ranch:
a) From Ezeiza Intl.airport you need to go to the domestic airport ( you have to change airport- 45 min.aprox). You should have your travel agent make round trip reservation arrangements for you to the Santa Rosa airport. From domestic airport you will take the flight to the Santa Rosa airport in La Pampa province, where we will pick you up and drive you to the hunting ranch(from airport to ranch, 1 ½ hour drive ) This will be also the departure airport at your trip home.
Commercial connection are 3 time per week.
b) Aircharters connection directly from the Ezeiza International airport in Buenos Aires, to the hunting ranch or an airport near by; and back; at a reasonable price.( 2 hours flight )
c) Or, ground transfer per car or Mini-Bus with a driver directly from Ezeiza International airport in Buenos Aires, to the hunting ranch.

2) When is the hunting season ?For Red stag: March 01 to June 30 – Rut during March and early April.
For Puma : February 15 to September 30.
For all other species offered : the season is open ALL YEAR ROUND
3) Is the hunt guided or self guided ?All hunters are guided ( 1 X 1 )
4) What lenguage is spoken by guides and people in the hunting ranch ?Mainly spanish. On the lodge will be always somebody who speaks good english and german.
5) What are the hunting arrangements, daylights hour hunted, move to hunt by foot or truck, will the hunt take place from a tree tand of from a ground blind ?The hunting days are depending the package you choose. Hunting hour for red stag are from early in the morning to midday, and from mid-afternoon until dark. The hunt can take place by stalking and also lying in wait.
Wildboars are usually hunted by waiting in a hunting tower at night during full moon.
Puma is hunted by lying in wait or by using dogs to track them through the bushes.
For all other species a guide will be ever present to track the animal down in the bushes and instruct the hunter which animal will be a good trophie. We have 4WD vehicles.
6) What is the food and eating arrangements ?The food is delicious as well as abundant. We serve typically argentine home-cooked meals such as excellent barbecues of beef, chicken or pork, with vegetables, fruit, etc.; accompanying with a good Argentine wine, beer, sodas and juices.

7) What are the lodging accomodations ?Accomodations in single or double rooms with private bathrooms. Separated you will find a cozy and familiar service building for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
8) How much hassle is there with locals ( farmers ), villagers, game wardens, etc?You will have no problems. The hunting ranch is a private property that covers an extensive area. From the moment you arrive in Argentina until your departure day you will have someone of our team being with you.
9) What is the success ratio ? For Red stag, Fallow deer, Water Buffalo, European Mouflon, Four horned ram, Wildboar, Wildgoat, Blackbuck, Axis deer, Skotishblackface ram and Texas Dal sheep: 100 %
For Puma: 80 %.
10) Will you assist me with all the formalities related to my trophies ?Yes we will.
11) Do I need a hunting license ?Yes. This will be arranged by the outfitter.
12) Do I need to bring any special equipment ?We recommend to bring good light walking boots and a good pair of binoculars. During your stalk you can expect thorny areas which make good hunting trousards very recommendable.
13) How’s the weather down there ?Our season is the opposite of the season in U.S.A. or Europe. The Temperatures you will find hunting at the ranch are :
* March/April 5 – 25 C.
* May/June 0 – 20 C.
* July/August -3 – 15 C.
* Sept./Oct. 5 – 20 C.
* Nov./Dec. 10 – 30 C.
* Jan./Febr. 15- 35 C.
14) How much rain can I expect during my hunting days ?Weather is unpredictable. We recommend taking light rain clothes.
15) Do I need a Visa ?No, only your passport.
16) Can I bring my own firearm ?Yes you can, but you need to obtain a temporary permit for your gun and ammunitions to allow them to a legally enter to Argentina.

17) Do the hunting ranch rent firearms if I don’t want to bring mine ?Yes. We offer excellent rental firearms for the duration of your hunt. We have available guns and ammunitions from the following caliber :
308 Win., 300 Win. Mag, 300 H&H, 458 Win.
18) What is if I want to bring a group of hunters and have the hunting ranch for myself not sharing it with other unknown hunters?This is possible if you bring:
8 ( eight ) hunters in the dates between March 01 to April 20.
and 4 ( four ) hunters from April 20 in advance?
19) When do I see my trophy ?At the ranch we do the field preparation of the trophies. You can take your trophie with you home after the hunt. ( please let us know upon reservation time. )
Or we guarantee to ship your trophies clean and dry within 120 days after your finished your hunting. ( you can choose to export all trophies for taxidermy although we can arrange for local taxidermy if required. )
20) How can I pay the trophy fee and other expenses payments at the ranch ?Cash US Dollars, Euros, Travellers checks and checks of any U.S. Bank are accepted.
