4.797 salmon caught at East Ranga in 2013

There were 4.797 salmon caught at East Ranga river last summer. It was a very good salmon summer for the river as most of our other rivers in Iceland. The East Ranga has however been at the top of the list of salmon caught per year for many years and will most likely be for many years to come. Because of this the river is very known in Iceland, specially for the high number of salmon caught there each year.

The river is also well located only an hour away from capital Reykjavik so anglers do not have to go far to get high class fishing. During the fishing anglers stay at our high end lodge located by the river bank.
